Booking Policy

At Johnson Empire Entertainment LLC, we value professionalism, time, and creativity. To ensure a seamless experience for every client, please review our booking policy:

Deposit Requirement
A $390 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all studio sessions. This deposit will be applied toward your total session balance and guarantees your reserved time.

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options for your convenience:

• Credit Card Payment
• Cash App Payment
• Paypal Payment

Full payment of the remaining balance is due at the start of your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24-hour to 72-hour notice. Deposits may be transferred one time only to a new date.
Failure to provide proper notice or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals
Your session begins at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time and will not be extended.

Session Overtime
Additional time requested beyond your scheduled session will be billed at the standard hourly rate and is subject to availability.

Studio Rules & Etiquette
To maintain a high-end, professional environment:

• Respect all studio equipment and staff.
• Limit unnecessary guests unless approved.
• No disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
• No Smoke in the studio.
